Most customized orders ship within 1-3 business days. We are unable to edit or cancel any orders after they are placed.

Please note that all shipping time estimates are not guaranteed. Other shipping methods are available at checkout for an extra charge. Expedited shipping orders receive prioritization for customization processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International shipping is available for Canada. USPS first class international transit time can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival. USPS priority international can take up to 2 weeks. We do not have any visibility into the status of a package once it leaves the United States. Please use the USPS tracking number in your local post carrier's website to get accurate arrival estimate. Please note that there may be additional import fees or duties on your end that Nice Laundry is unable to cover.

New to Nice Laundry? We know that getting the right fit and feel is important.

If it's your first order with us, please try on a single pair of socks or underwear (slim fit boxers, boxer briefs). If you don't love it, simply send the rest of the items back to us within 30 days and we will process a full refund. All items must be unworn and in their original condition/packaging. No need to send back the pair you tried on.

  • Our 100% Gamechanger Guarantee is for first-time customers and the first item only (socks, underwear).
  • Limit 1 use per household for 1 item only.
  • Excludes loungewear, monogram and/or embroidered products.
  • If your order contains a pair of underwear AND a bonus pair of socks, we will deduct $12 (the value of the bonus pair) from the refund

RETURNS

We accept unworn and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days from your purchase date. Please note that we will not accept returns that do not pass our inspection and we are unable to return those items back to you.

All monogram/embroidered products are final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
